Fishing Report:

Summer fishing is HERE!

The heat is here and so are the fish. All the fun to catch species are biting heavily.

There are schools of bait fish everywhere! Manhadden are schooling up where ever you look. From the creeks to the bay and even the ocean. Mullet and shrimp are plentiful as well.

Therefore, the fishing is hot!!! Tarpon have shown up in the Port Royal sound. The Cobia have just about left the river, it was a great season. Caught many 55 and 65 pounders.

The Redfish, Flounder and Trout are "on" now! I caught a BIG Gator Trout the other day. Redfish are hungry and eating everything from Mud Minnows to cut bait or anything you toss at them.

We will fish around Port Royal Sound, Broad River, and Fripp Inlet. Back country and tidal creeks are areas that will produce fish.
